YAB is the best decision I have made for my business but most importantly for myself. New to working by myself I found it overwhelming not having others to turn to. I have always worked in and led large teams. 
YAB came along just at the right time and it has kept me doing what I am doing and although running a business is as challenging as headship (just in a different way) YAB helps me keep focused and reminds me to be brave in business.

Leaning into each other’s expertise is what we’re there for, whether it’s solving a logistical challenge or getting a warm introduction to someone. Every part of it is valuable and deeply appreciated.

I’m so proud of where my business is now compared to a year ago, I’ve worked with some fantastic clients, hit my first-year sales target and most importantly, get joy out of the job I do, every single day.
